I'd kinda want the glass there to keep the dust off (as you'd probably have to take the frame down anyways to undo the wires if you wanted to play with the knife)

I'm thinking if a person wanted to do something like this that perhaps some mirrow mounts that could be turned from one position to another might be really handy.
Actually with all the goodies made in today's world I wouldn't be surprised if there were some kind of display hardware designed just for the purpose we would want to use it for.

Just finding it may be the problem.
