A new true EDC

My daughter was slow in getting Christmas presents mailed to us. My grandson bought this one for me. CV blades as is my preference. I'm going to stop rotating knives in my pocket and turn this one into a true every day carry. I'll think of him every time I use it. He used to be a great kid. Now he's a great young man. Proud to have this.

I'm going to try to post an update every now and then on how this knife develops a personality and changes appearance. This is day one with no patina. What happens, happens, there will be no forcing of a patina on this one or anything else done to it to change the appearance, just normal use and care.

Thanks for the kind words. It's an end cut larch cutting board on the kitchen counter. You can see it gets used.
