...of kitchen knives;)

Blades: 2.5mm (.090") O-1 Profiled, Flat Ground (with distal taper) and Heat Treated by Stuart Mitchell (English Knife maker and great guy to make a deal with) I received the blanks in trade for some of my handmade composite material

kk4.jpg

Little Chef's is approx. 9-1/2" OAL with a blade just over 5" This has some generous distal taper and is almost thin and flexible enough to be a boning knife.

Little Chopper is approx. 8-3/4" OAL with a blade just over 4-1/8". This one also has some distal taper...

Handles: Handmade Canvas Composite. One in natural canvas, the other in dark brown canvas. Both have green canvas liners and stainless steel pins.

Knife Block/ Holder from the same canvas composites as the handles with green canvas spacers and decorations, all pinned together.

Being thin flat ground with distal taper and convex edges, these will make short work of most cutting tasks in the kitchen. I could probably get by with these two knives for most kitchen work

Price for the pair and holder is $250 shipped priority in the US. Paypal preferred, fees are on me.

I will entertain shipping outside the US for additional shipping cost.

An "I'll take it" in this thread will hold it until we make contact via PM or email.

Thanks for looking.

Nice set, indeed:) I really like the handle materials that you made.

This is a great package you have put together.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

Geode: I have a fair bit of canvas composite (and other materials) made up just now...if I don't have any colors you like, I'll be happy to make some more up. Send me an email if you are interested, thanks!
