A pair for the woods

couple of Becker/Kabar blades BK9 & a BK2) , piggybacked (until i make a custom sheath for the two) and ready for the woods. 3.5 lbs of chopping, hacking, slicing goodness!

:D (and yes, my chainsaw chains are stored beside the frying pans!) :D

Stripped and oiled with Otis Ultrabore (after a heavy night of use in the wet woods, the BK9 has a few spots...)

danggum! look at how thick that BK2 is! (over 1/4") compared to the big chopper BK9!!

today! i returned all my empties! ($98 CDN $$ ) ahahaha Chatted with Jay from W&W for a while, got the blade, took her home and stripped her :eek::eek::eek: I mean removed the coating!

I LIKE THE BK2! it is freaking beefy!

I dont even notice it! i'm used to lugging a full size Iltis Oxhead ax. If i can ever find my dual shoulder holster base, both the BK2 and the BK9 are going to on it, one on each side!
