I wanted to bump this now that it's been a while. I'm planning to order my first crk on Friday, and am torn between these two. The CFO won't allocate funds for two toys at the same time, so I must choose. Keeping in mind I have never even seen a crk in person, what are your thoughts on these two after some time with both?

I carry the Micarta every day and love it. Have yet to carry the CF, but it seems like a great one. I honestly think you won't go wrong with either, but once you get one...you will probably end up with both.

Willsta81 is exactly rite regarding the "one CRK is not enough" theory. Six months ago I purchased my first CRK model, a WC Startac and within two months that led me to purchase a lg Sebenza 21 tanto and now I should receive a lg cf 21by the end of this week. I think that have truly become addicted to this whole Chris Reeve knifestyle thing.
