Here are two paring knives I just finished.

Both are made from 3/32" 52100 high carbon steel from Aldo.

The White one has a thin, somewhat flexible blade. It would make a good bird and trout knife or boning knife. I've had this set of scales around for years and have forgotten what they are but I believe they are Acrylester. Pins are 3/32" black micarta with red liner.

The Desert Ironwood blade. does not have any flex to it. These scales have awesome color and depth.

Both knives are right at 7" OAL. The White one has a 3 1/2" cutting edge while the Desert Ironwood knife has a 3 3/8" cutting edge.

Both blades have been hand sanded to 600 grit.

PRICE: $115 each OR $200 for both. Price includes FREE USPS Priority shipping. Paypal address: donaldlawson@gmail.com
