Both purchased as new by me. I discarded the boxes.

Carried a few days. Original edge has cut a couple boxes open. No box. Satin blade.
Includes original clip (shown in baggie) and a gold colored custom low ride clip by STR.

I was wondering why the screws on the black blade Para2 were naked instead of also painted black? Also, is STR's clip able to go in all four positions? Also:) are the black Para2's action and compression lock smooth or kinda stiff?

My para 2's STR clip fits in all 4 positions. It just carries a little deeper tip down. This is the best deal i've seen in a while. Id jump on it if i were you.

Good question to ask over on the Spyderco forum. Only the clips screws are black.
