That picture really doesn't tell the truth: the pocket looks worse in real life. The flash really flatenned my light and you can't see where parts of the seam have actually opened up to the inside of the pants.
...and yes, I've loosened the clip. I even polished the runners a bit with my Dremel. This helped some. I guess the only thing left to do is stop wearing pants![]()
Yea, I've been thinking of using a dremel on the runners.
By the way, the trick to pulling out the LT for me has been to wrap my index finger around the tip of the clip and pull it up. If you squeeze the LT with your thumb on the knife and your finger on the clip to withdraw it, it will really tighten up!
Yes, I've found that trick as well, and I agree that gripping the clip like a normal draw only tightens it down. Another trick is to pinch the knife by the butt with assistance of the shelf of the cutout, but this is less secure.

wow..guys I sorry..I've never had a Temperance JR..in my pocket..I fondled the proto type only..so I don''t know what is like to pull it out from your pockets..
I apologise..for any seeming like I had the simple solution..of bending it...
Of course I wear out many pockets in my pants..
big holes..of course thats what I get for deploying it in practice all the time..
It never occured to me what it was like till you said it was like runners on a sled..that picture I got..
No need for apologies. I'm sorry I didn't clarify my beef with the clip better in my first post.
hmm no pants sounds an OK idea...ROFL..
How about a kydex holster????
how about anothe clip??
Ok I'll stop posting..
hmmmm Are there other clips the same as the Temperance Jr????
be safe..
bram
Well, kydex isn't an option as I already carry your Gunting in kydex, Bram

There are no other clips like this in the Spydie lineup or even ones that attach the same way. The clip is secured by four screws. I wish it was as simple as just slapping on another spydie clip.
When I get my lazy butt around to it, I'll email the guys at the website that Brandon listed for a price estimate on a custom clip.
