A pocket kwaiken for Lycosa

Alexander- Man! Thank you for doing all of this!
Soak that wrap!
This knife is a 'lil piece of artwork! I love it.
Do you do Kydex? If not, I have a Kydex bender here.
rolf

Well you might want to inform him. Because my last attempt at Kydex was less than stellar. So I'll not try on this one. I'll get it finished up so that it can go out to you.

So time for the final wrap.
Since I'm now putting it on TIGHT there's a few more intersections/crosses than in the test wrap. But hey more=better right?

Then soak that sucker in glue and cut off any excess cord

I marked my name. I looked up the Japanese word for Noot (pronounced as Note) which according to one dictionary is Mi
実 mi (1) vrucht; fruit; ooft; bes; noot; nootje; (2) zaad; pit; kruim; (3) ingrediënt; toevoegsel; specie [bv. balletjes gehakt, julienne, soldaatjes, blokjes tofoe enz.]; (4) inhoud; substantie; betekenis
And decided to use that on this knife. So It's marked A.J. Mi

After that the hard cordwrap needed a quick polish otherwise the handle feels very rough.

And a sharpening.

It's now shaving sharp. And ready to go out to Rolf.

And here's a quick vid that includes the knife's brothers and sisters.

really awesome! thank you so much for this. really cool stuff! i prefer the mini persian, though the wharncliffe/sheepsfoot you showed off in the other thread is still my favourite.
also like i said in the other thread i think you have a very keen eye for lines and ratios, at least for my tast, as your file knives look better than most that i've seen so far.

Thanks so much, Alexander! All this took some valuable time from your schedule but I will make it worth it to you and drop this kwkn right in my pocket when I get it. Keep the videos coming!!
your friend,
rolf
