A Polite Request

I was pretty much unaware of what was going on with these letters that are going around, which is why it took me a few posts to get the joke. I think it is interesting that the letters sent seem to have been sent directly from the company. The way I have seen it done, the process would be to use an attorney to send the letters and cite the specific violations, not ask for a sweeping discontinuation of the use of certain words. Just a little strange to say the least.

LOL...now both of you owe me money as I have trademarked the word "Knife". Pay up or else.....:D

Well, Well, Well...

I had a really tough day in not for profit/government meetings.... whew... THIS MADE ME LAUGH! Thanks, guys! Andy, will you please send me one of these knives? :)

Yes sir. We make them to sell as you know! LOL.

Interesting and strange are words that often pop up in discussions that involve Lynn Thompson....

Spartan.. I googled rough assed cord wrap =x hehe

I thought the wrap was possibly a real product name, but knew the claim was for fun...

And 3rds or 4ths to wrap/san mai/talon hole knife! Who do I pay?

That's funny stuff here, thanks guys for keeping it light. So much drama about somebody stealing somebody elses blade curve on BF. This was refreshing.

This thread is unbelieveable!!! How dare all of you mock Mr. Lynn Thompson, creator of San Mai, manufacturer of the "strongest" lockback folders ever created, defender of the rights of the American entrepreneur, pillar of the knife making community and slayer of beasts across the globe. You should all be ashamed.

Lynn Thompson ate Chuck Norris' haloween candy.
