Hi everyone!
I am offering this new Pyrite tonight in AEB-L! It is accompanied by a custom made ferro rod for your fire starting antics
!
I heat treat and temper my steel in my digitally controlled Evenheat Knife Oven, with a formula designed to achieve a Rockwell of 60. I have been using AEB-L for many years and it is one of my favorite and best performing steels.
Specifications:
Purpose - everyday carry
Steel - AEBL stainless
Thickness - 3/32”
Overall length - 5 1/2”
Width - 1”
Cutting edge - 2 1/4”
Grind - hollow
Finish - belt satin
Handle - blue maple Burl with oh green micarta bolsters
Liners - white G-10 and od green G-10
Pin(s) - decorative brass
Lanyard tube - brass
Other - sharpening choil, ferro rod
Sheath - custom 7/8 leather
