a question about etching solutions...

I purchased two bottles of ferric Chloride from Radio Shack about a year and a half ago. They were diluted with water and are kept in PVC tubes at the ready. I have only etched a few blades with them but for some reason the solution doesn't seem to etch anymore. Is there a shelf life to this stuff? Is there a way to bring the solution back to life?

Thanks,
Mike

Like Dan said in your other thread, you got to mix it with water.

Wrong forum, this question should be asked in the maker's section.
