Yes they do - it's a standard issue in many Gurkha Regiments.

there is actually a picture of prince harry with his gurkha knife, he served with the gurkhas and i dont think it was a coincidence that he was placed with with them, they british government made sure he had serious protection while serving in afghanistan

Yes to both. The Taliban call the Gurkhas armed with their knives "demons" some Gurkha prefer to lay in wait to get close enough to ambush a Taliban with their Khuks. BK4 Machax is the best Khuk Ive used and Ive got 3 real Nepalese ones...should issue BK4's
