A question: Keep it or return it?

The thoughtfulness of your wife outweighs the dickishness of those who made the knife. :)

Money doesn't always come easy, but it's always easier to find money than love. Don't worry about what it cost or about the reputation of the maker. Enjoy it and keep it as a reminder of how lucky you are to have such a great woman.

If you like the Whaleshark, keep it. If you don't like it... Keep it anyways! If you return it, your wife will be crushed, no matter how well you explain why.

why would you go asking a question like that on here, what do you think were going to tell you to do.....

.....anyway, I think it would be an insult to her throughfullness to return that knife. Say thank you and let it always remind you of what a great wife you have.

Yeah, I'd keep it. It will have a story that goes along with it. Even if you never use it or carry it, it will remind you of your loving bride.

The beauty of being human is that we have the capability of considering ours and other's feelings and understanding the notion of a gift and we understand the emotions involved in both giving and receiving a gift. Add some extra level of sacrifice and the gift gets even sweeter to everyone involved :).

Keep it and enjoy it. All other factors aside, your lady obviously put a lot of thought and effort into that purchase. That's what matters most in my book!

agreed....the most important thing here is the fact that SHE got it for you and it is exactly what you wanted.

I will say this....your butt better get her something even better and bigger...haha.

Surprise here big time....lol
