A question on a warranty I sent

Hi! I don't know if I can get an answer here, but here's goes anyway! I sent an Edura with a broken plastic clip in to you about two weeks ago, i would guess, and was wondering if it was received and when I may be able to expect it back? I am in no rush, as I have a Calypso for backup and a BM Mini-Spike for smaller occasions, but I miss my Endura! Thanks...Steve Agocs

Thanks! It's really not a big deal. I just wanted to be sure it wasn't forgotten. The one time I had to warranty a clip with CRKT, I was without my knife for two months as they had lost it!
