I went over Marcelo's place today to show him the 2 Bushcraft knives by Walter Davis and too check out his new Koster. When his wife came home she gave him permission to go for a quick hike, so off we went.

Went to a spot real close by, since he had a 5:00 curfew!:D

A nice spot and we had a good time.

Some Woodpecker activity

and some Owl activity as well

That Koster is badass!

I wanted to play with my new Fiddleback Woodsman, but time was limited!

So I went home and played a lil in the backyard, till my wife called me in......

It comes with a sweet JRE sheath

Not to mention the sexy curves!!!

I love the knife, but if you want to see it in more action, visit the pass around thread in Fiddlebacks forum.

Thanks for looking

Nice Tony - I'm always amazed at the holes those woodpeckers will dig!

i see your putting the new stump to use!

Tony carried that piece of wood for a couple of miles last week…

…I predicted then that it would be a regular prop in his knife photos. :o

Mike you should of seen the Hop Hornbeam we ran in to. Some of them were 5"-7" in diameter:eek:

Sweet blades bro, and looks like you had a pretty good time by the looks of the pics.

Dang. I'm jealous of WSS guys being able to hang out. I didn't see any survival beers in the pics though.

That little Koster EDC is a sweetie huh?

Sweet little hike man, that Koster is too cool, and your woodsmen turned out great. Andy is an artist...

Nice country you got there mate. That Fiddleback looks like a great knife to have with you in the woods., very nice feather sticks.

Great pics. Those woods look like a really fun place to play. Nice blades too, that Fiddleback is sweet, makes some nice fuzzies!

Hey T., is that hike in the Purchase Brook area of Southbury? That woodpecker work and pond look very familiar.--KV

Lots of cool steel there man, I like the koster and love the FB. Some great wood on that one. I'm a little aghast that woodpeckers did that much damage! That's the most I've ever seen.

Some great fuzzy's ya made there, shows the profile must be pretty good on the Fiddleback !!!!

Nice pics, thanks !!!!
