Here is a great ek chirra Chainpuri done and marked by the new kami team of Jag and Prem. It is 18 inches and weighs in at about 1.25 pounds. I can't find anything wrong with this rig -- fit, finish, hardness all right there. Karda and chakma fine and good size.

Scabbard excellent with 100 year HI Superfrog.

We will deliver this very nice rig to your door today for $125 + we will toss in a mystery village model for good measure.

Call or email if interested.

sorry for the two emails, I didn't know if the first one went through, I'm not at my computer and using AT&T's web email program, which makes Hotmail look like a technological marvel. :)

Hospitals buy blood, right??? I mean, I'm healthy, I've never taken anything the doctor didn't tell me to take, and I don't smoke. Plus, I'm a universal donor O-. That has to be worth something. Anybody need a kidney, or bone marrow?

If this thing is still here when I get home, in an hour it might just end up in my greedy little hands! I will have more than an hour to stew over a new budget, one that involves keeping my car in good condition, and not me starving or declaring bankruptcy like the early plans involved. :) :) :) Maybe I can sell something. You guys sure nobody needs a kidney, I'd let it go for right around $125. :)

Oh this was a mute point anyway. Ah huh, thank you mike!!!!!

I was just thinking, in the future, I should stop thinking about selling a kidney (I might need it later) I need to find a really stupid person, with a stupid doctor and convince them that the person needs a new appendix, I still have mine, or tonsils. You get the point. :)

Finally, another UBDOTD. Haven't gotten one since the mighty
Village Paratrooper (doubt if anyone remembers that one).

I have a weakness for Chainpuri style khukuris...and I really envy Yvsa for that dui chirra he got.

Uncle is the best!

I happened to run across the pix of that knife, Mike, when I was transferring pix from zing to ofoto today. Never had another like it.

Bob,

I feel your pain bro... just in case you missed it, I direct your attention to the advice I gave to Belle yesterday: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=158017

If you follow this advice, and only eat every OTHER day, you'll quickly (8-12 months) have enough money to buy any UBDOTD that pops up :D

Speaking of eating.. all that Phantom chasing has gotten my appetite up. I think I'll go boil some Mac and Cheese :)

One can add raw eggs, chopped veggies such as jalapeno and bell pepper, and sesame seeds to ramen to increase the nutritional value...leaving one strong enough to actually SWING the kuks! :)

Well, let's just say, my lunch and dinner consisted of Top Raman. Isn't that stuff moderately non-lifethreateningly high in fat if you don't use the flavoring.

Yeah, $.13 per package!!!!! :) :) :)

It seems I've been hearing a lot about being envied for snatching that 21" Dui Chiara Chainpuri. :p :D

And guys it should be envied!!!!
That is One Dayumed Nice Khukuri!!!!:D

I know that we all have not just one favorite, but several, and this one went right up there with the YCS and the BGRS along with my 17" Steel mounted villager.:D
All my favorites of the medium sized khukuri's.
Please no one ask me which is the Absolute Favorite because I couldn't choose.:p:D

Okay, stop rubbin' it in, Yvsa or I'll send Tsimi to OK and you know that could only spell trouble. ;)

Seriously though, that is one of the finest looking khukuris to come down the pike in some time.
