Everyone,
I have been making knives for a little while, but HT is still something I wonder if I am getting right. So, with that in mind, I have 2 knives on the workbench right now that are waiting for handles. One is a 9 inch OAL and the other is about a 9.5 inch OAL spearpoint. What I would propose is that a experienced maker takes one of these knives, and then tests it until it breaks. after it breaks, he/she would analyze the grain to see how it looks. They would then give a general report on how I was doing to me. In return, they would get to keep the knife that they liked more. Is anyone interested?
A note: I really would like someone with a few years of knifemaking under their belt so that I can really get a good perspective. Thanks so much,
Steven
PS- I would be paying for shipping, of course.
