Are alll Shiros flippers ?
No, they do have some axis locks with thumb-studs, and liner locks two...
But damn, their flippers on bearings are so freaking amazing, I dunno that's what makes my boat float!

Ahh, okay cool. The flipping is probably amazing, from what I've heard about Shiro bearings. I've been looking into Shiros lately and I hear so much about the Neon but never actually saw one until now. Shame on me. Very nice I like both, although the design on the 95T handle is pretty nifty.
