Well as I'm sure most people around here have experienced and the rest have heard about, Chris Reeves customer service is probably the best in the biz. Well I can't help but think a large part of that is Heather. For a lot of us who deal mostly with them over the phone she is the face of Chris Reeve Knives and you couldn't ask for a nicer more enjoyable person to deal with.
Her bright demeanor and attitude is a welcome change from what you find in customer service in most places.

While I have only purchased one knife from CRK personally, she certainly made the process an enjoyable one.

I certainly think that others must have some experiences they would like to share.
 
i have communicated with heather many times over the last few years. she has always been the most pleasant and helpful person to talk to. great thread!
 
Heather has always gone above and beyond for me. She rocks.

One more reason CRK is the best by my measures.

Pleasant, Nice, Helpful, Rocks, Enjoyable and must like knives. You can't ask for more then that. Oh yea, Is she married? LOL---- Asset to CRK
 
I've been fortunate enough to not need CRK service, but it's nice to know that if I do, someone who is so respected will be on the other end of the phone line.
 
Haven't talked to her in the past year, but did several times in the few years before that.
Your right! You'll never talk to a nicer, sweeter person:thumbup:
 
Heather is a super star. She even called me to tell me that my knife arrived safely, and the socks I packed it in appeared to ahve been clean:D
 
While the good folks at CRK are hard at work building, designing , fixing user error mess ups, Heather has the time to answer all my stupid requests and questions..... I'd like a lable for my box, I'd like a certificate that got lost..... like they don't have anything else better to do.!!!???? Keeping tweekers happy, wiping noses and holding hands..... infuriating, distracting, pain in the ass, but they (Heather and crew) do it anyway... I guess they know how much it means to the true believers out here! Thanks again!! Bart1
 
Heather at Chris Reeve Knives is an absolute Doll. You will NEVER find Better Customer Service. I have emailed her too many times to count with questions and she has always responded right away, mostly the next day. She is the sweetest and kindest person I have Ever talked to on the phone.........Period. Anne is awsome as well, she helped me put my CRK Timeline together that I wanted for helping me with my collection, its the same one I have posted on here and I am sure it has helped out far more than I. In one instance, Mr. Reeve called me himself and we talked for about 1/2 hour. The Whole Company is Absolutely Awsome. I have sold nearly all of my lesser knives and have used the funds to purchase more CRK. I will be a lifelong supporter of CRK.

I couldn't agree more. All communications with CRK have been prompt, courteous, and helpful.
 
Heather is great. She reminded me to order my 2009 LE. I can't believe it's that time of year again. Thanks for everything Heather!
 
Yes...the best!! She should teach a PR class.... I would send some old grumps her way ;):p

No posts in this thread for YEARS! BUT, Heather continues to provide first class, top notch, A1, and otherwise SPECTACULAR customer service. I dealt with her for the order and delivery of my long wanted and anxiously awaited small Sebenza, and she was more than kind and helpful. She STILL ROCKS! Thanks again Heather! :thumbup:
