A Salute: To Heather

I think she's just sweet as can be. I find her VERY easy to work with. Huge asset to CRK!
 
Heather rules! She is extremely nice and more than happy to answer any and all of the questions that I have had. Everyone I have dealt with at CRK is exceptionally knowledgeable and a great help. Thanks to the whole crew for making CRK the all around incredible company that it is. CRK's customer service is the absolute best I have done business or communicated with, and that goes for knife companies or otherwise, bar none. Thanks so much again, everyone at CRK!
 
#1. Customer service like CRK provides, and the communication Heather offers when she is no doubt extremely busy, is what all businesses should strive for. I often use CRK as a great example of what smaller businesses should be like. If America had a million more companies like this, we'd be in a much better situation.
 
Well, I suppose we can all agree that this thread needs a whopping bump! It's all still true.
