Here is a hand crafted Santukos from 1/16" 1095 steel. They have 5" blades and are 9" overall. Both are edge quenched and triple tempered. The Corian handle are contoured and complimented with three 1/8" brass pins. The Paring knife is hand crafted from 1/16" 1095 and has a 3 & 3/8" blade and is 7 & 3/8" overall. It matches the one Santuko. The One Santuko and the Paring knife handle are a deep blue stone finish that for some reason shows up more gray. Price includes shipping to the US and Canada.
