a schrade blade

could anyone tell me about a knife i recently acquired please...all i know about it is a schrade...on the handle it says USA 153UH....age etc.,please

sounds like a Schrade Uncle henry golden spike sheath knife. They made them for the last 20 years or so (?) before going under last year. Not exactly a collectors item, but with Schrade offically out of business, it will be before too long.

The Golden Spike, there are lots of these around, I´m no expert but you have come to the right place to find very knowledgeable people, hopefully someone can give some info, it would be nice to see a picture.
