Here is a set of Kitchen knives hand crafted from 1/16" L6 steel. The Kitchen kife has a 5 & 3/4" blade and overall it is 11 & 3/4" Full tang, full flat ground The Santuko has 5" blades and is 9" overall. Both are edge quenched and triple tempered. The White stone finish Corian handle are contoured and complimented with three 1/8" brass pins. The Paring knife is also hand crafted from 1/16" L6 and has a 3 & 3/8" blade and is 7 & 3/8" overall.
