A Short Review of the Fall Beckerhead Gathering

oh, it happened alrighty.

i even has some pictures and video in the can. last of the guys rolled out a few hours ago, i'm still here enjoying total silence (punctuated by motorcycles and some lizards), the beard is napping :)

more later when i get a chance to unwind and upload...
 
You folks may literally soil your pants when you see what all the BK-5's did this weekend.
This one, my personal BK-5, was sharpened by Jerry Fisk himself.
It was used by two people (me and James Gibson) in the cutting competition. It was the winning BK-5 in the cutting competition (congratulations James!).
Ethan used it to slice up all the beef last night. And it still has the same insane edge that Jerry put on it.

I didn't take that many pics, but I'll eventually post up the few that I took. I was too busy talking to folks and having fun.
But there was virtually an entire paparazzi there, so pics are forthcoming.
averageiowaguy also taped just about everything, so keep an eye out for all the YouTube vids.

OK since Noone else seems to care , ill ask the pressing question. Did ARK survive? Or are his tiny remains forever lost to the mountains? ( "you'll never leave Harlan alive" plays in the background just above a whisper)
 
Just yesterday, I saw Ark firing a suppressed Glock .45. At least that's what I'm supposed to say in the official report.
 
I'm back, but hangin' wit da familia this evening. I been gone since Wednesday, so, ya'll will have to wait later until I get my pics and vids uploaded.
