  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

A short sword/machete recommendation

Kabar grass machete.

Esee Junglas, HI 18" simulate, traditional filipino weapons itak 2. I have all three and they are all quality. Out of the 3 if I wanted strictly a fighter it would be the itak, if I wanted a beater and fighter I would go junglas. Simply for wheat carry options handle fits my hand well and it's done lots of work for me so I trust it. My sirupate is great has chopped up much flesh. (Goats and chickens). Imho I like the junglas more only due to sheath carry options and I like the micarta scales better. However in doing work the simulate would give the jungles a run for it.

I liked the Cold Steel 'Heavy Machete' I had. Coconuts and fronds did not stand a chance.

I heard Swort Shord.:P

Dan Keffeler's Yakuzashi:
28" OAL, 16" blade length of CTS-PD1 steel at HRC 60.
