I don't like limitations. The only two limitations I like are that it has to be a good knife and has to be ready by date X
Knifemaking is something I enjoy and I take pride in the product I make. I like to make the best I can, no matter how long it takes. That is why I am a hobbyist.
I started a potential KITH knife beginning this year but I need to re-handle it. (don't grind leather on a dull belt, it burns and doesn't take finish after that)
I'll just go my way and if I manage to finish the knife in time and there is a KITH I'll be in, otherwise it'll find a good home somewere.
I enjoyed the KITHs I've been in and lately a folder I have been given this way has been my EDC.
