I've been over at ARFCOM for a long time. But once again, I need knife specific info.
I've posted before that I have a buddy who is an F18 pilot. I've sent him several knives. JunkYardDog I, Gerber LMF II, Spyderco balance and some Surefire stuff.
He recently returned and sent me a very special gift. A flag he carried in his cockpit for many missions. Needless to say, wife and I are honored to receive this gift.
Now, what would be an awesome knife to give him that he might be able to use?
I was thinking a Randall # 15 Airman. Is that too cliched? IF it is for an active duty person, like my friend (and I would have Randall ship it right to his unit, so no doubt), how long would that take?
Any other recommendations. I can spend 2-400 bucks.
