I've been around BF's for awhile, and have had the opportunity to talk to some great people, and I am writing this because I wanted others to see what a great guy he is...
I have chatted with bmc (Cody) a few times in the past, and I had mentioned I was looking for a particular early Benchmade, and wasn't having any luck finding one.
Cody told me a knife shop he frequents actually had one N.I.B. For whatever reason, the knife had layed around for years and never sold. I couldn't believe it
Cody took the time to go to the shop and take pictures, and send them to me. I told him I definitely wanted the knife and he told me he would buy the knife, and ship it to me, and he did.
He took a picture of the sales receipt and sent it to me, and asked for my address. I sent it to him, and it wasn't long and he sent me another picture.
This picture was of the Priority box that was addressed to me, and was taken at the P.O counter before he shipped it. Talk about fast shipping
He did all this before sending me his Paypal info so I could pay him for it...
I was finally able to get a knife for my collection that I didn't think I would ever find, and Cody went way out of his way to make it happen.
