Good day!
This 'Green Thumb' sports od green Terotuf handle scales and a hollow ground AEB-L blade with a cryogenic quench for maximum radness. The leather sheath is compatible with the aftermarket clips I'm aware of. A belt loop can be made for you for an additional cost.
Green Thumb is at home in the outdoors, and although it's a swell little gardening knife it's equally at home in or on your pack or belt for however you like to get out there in the out there. I'd say the knife has a neutral feel and the type of balance and overall weight which allows for intuitive and precise movement. It is a very lightweight tool, not built for high impact applications like batoning or throwing. Still, it's comfortable in the hand, easy to use, and should last a lifetime under normal use.
Specs;
Blade- .15" thick AEB-L, 4.5" long, hollow ground with the equivalent of a 28" wheel
Handle- Terotuf scales. Double black canvas micarta frame laminated using Gflex to vulcanized fiber shims, held together with 1/8" brass pin stock, and 4 hidden 2mm stainless steel pins
Weight- 4.8oz knife alone
Overall length- about 9"
No aspect of the production of this knife is automated- every step is done by hand here in my home shop. Just so you know.
$550USD + about $40 shipping, (Paypal G&S) to the US. If you're a Canadian in Canada, our dollar is accepted at par, paid via etransfer.
