Y'know, this happens from time to time, in the ten plus years I've been a fan it has happened. It does feel strange doesn't it.
But, there's always something to look forward to, like the NMFSH.

I am actually a bit happy the AA is up on the site right now, I have no interest in it and it allows me to save my cash for the NMFSH and NMLBSHBM

Thank God I can resist the knives currently offered - I still am waiting to get dinged for the B10LE's and the knoboganzaaa.
I wouldn't mind adding the AA to my collection but they won't ship to Kalifornia and it would only be a looker not a user so I will resist the temptation to buy one and have it sent to another State.

I've actually been waiting on a NMSFNO custom shop blank for about 6 months. Supposedly I'm on the list somewhere.
I would really like a AA but just can't legitimize it with the upcoming LBNMSHBM which has TOP priority.

Have we seen photos of the LBNMSHBM? I forget. Practical or not, I just can't pass up on a knife as cool as the AA.

I was with you on the LBNMSHBM... I specifically remember associating your avatar with the LBNMSHBM somewhere deep in my psyche
that's how many times we've both mentioned waiting for it. But at this point, I'm not sure about waiting for it... I put in a custom shop order for an NMFBM. Everything's tough choices since I don't know what to expect from Busse or when to expect it... you think the straight handle BMs are more comfortable than the fusion handle BMs? Think the LB treatment would do justice to what I hear is the "perfect" balance of the NMFBM for chopping?

I am totally in the same boat - no knives from ANY maker/company are doing it for me right now - haven't bought a new knife in close to a month, not even the 711... Its been years since its been this long, and its nothing to do with money.
However, I will buy the NMFSH the day it is released, as long as its offered in Combat Grade.

Exact opposite here. I LOVE the AA (in all it's variations). I just won't ever be able to order one, because I am pretty sure I can't legally own it where I am at, so I could never carry it, or take it out in public.
There is usually something I want from one of the companies, but I have enough self control to not beggar my self to order them.
I have a solid, tiny collection of users.......and have to content my self with what I have, till something I absolutely can't live without comes along.
That said, I did spend about $750 on traditional folders in the past few months!
