After getting an immediate response from Mr. Barr, I sent a knife out to him for some minor adjustments on 2/11/02.
The knife was delivered on 2/13/02 (amazing speed for USPS Priority). Got the following e-mails from Mr. Barr (note the date and time):
"Wed, 13 Feb 2002 14:59:08
I received your knife...I'll do my best to ship it this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

David, I just hate to have a customer's knife in my shop. I have your
