I have an A.T. Barr on order. I may have it by Christmas. A.T. has always been a gentleman whenever we converse (phone, email, letter). Does anyone have an A.T. Barr? What do you think? I will post a review when I get it.

AT BARR makes some of the finest hand crafted folders out there. no gimmicks, no un-neccessary flash, just pure 100% outstanding folder! you are getting a fine example of bladeware.

I had a large AT Barr tanto blade folder. It was and is an excellent knife. The only reason I don't have it now is because my dad has it. I actually had a small problem with this knife. After several months of hard use, some play developed when the blade was locked open. This is the good part. I emailed AT and told him about the problem. He was very apologetic and told me to send him the knife and he would fix it right away. I sent him the knife and he fixed it and had it back to me in 5 DAYS! He even fixed some cosmetic stuff that was due to my use of the knife, not his fault. He also paid me back my shipping costs. AT Barr is a great craftsman and he stands behind his product %100.

My dad has a small pocket one. I always thought it was cool and once all this tactical folder stuff blows over, it will still be cool! :-)

A.T. actually takes the time to test his liner locks, going so far as to furnish us with his test list. That in a way makes his knives more tactical than the "tactical" knives. Hell, the biggest thing in common among tactical liner locks is that I can make so many of 'em fail!

I'll take a well-done, pre-tested liner lock any day.
