Two lovely pieces that you won't see often, from Mastersmiths Bruce Bump and PJ Tomes.
PJ Tomes backlock trapper. Stag bone. 4" closed. 3" blade. Centered. Mint. With leather pouch from PJ. This is a recent piece. $395

Bruce Bump Trapper. Stag is very well matched and nicely sized. Double "B" shield that is Bruce's trademark. Blade just shy of 3". Closed length 3.75". Beautiful action. Dead center. Bruce designs his slipjoints so they open easy but get stiffer towards the half stop. So it's a solid lockup that's not a nail breaker. This one is several years old and although it has not been used, there are some faint marks from handling/storage, mainly on the bolsters. I believe it's D2 steel. Lovely piece with unique blade shape that seldom comes up for sale
