Hello folks , Finished this sweet tanto recently, hope you all like it .

This knife has been flat ground from 5/32 A-2 tool steel bar stock , I did a hand sanded finish on the blade to a 400 grit with wet silcone carbide paper for a nice satin finish . It has been heat treated to RCH of 61-62 and enjoyed a nice cold bath quench in minus 100 degree dry ice and acetone .
The overall length is 11-1/2" , the blade tip to bolster is 7" and tip to plunge line is 6"

The handle , we have a dovetailed bolster of desert ironwood with a matching dovetailed handle of stabilized Katalox all mounted to a hollow ground tapered tang with epoxy and stainless steel mosaic pins .

Sheath is 8 oz , veg tanned leather hand stitched right hand carry .

$310.00 includes free shipping in the USA , priority mailed shipped and insured . International interest please write for shipping cost . Pay-pal , postal m/o or checks held to clear . My PP is sandlot@charter.net

Thanks for looking and comments always welcome .
