A "Thank You" to the Rowens

Thanks to EVERYONE who makes up a part of the ESEE team. I don't think there's a single one of you who isn't a paragon of excellence in an industry full of smoke, mirrors, and a whole pile of BS. :D

Sure is hard to find a company nowadays that just puts it all out there for everyone to see and backs it up to boot w/ an outstanding line of products

That's the singlemost factor I appreciate about ESEE

And a BIG thanks to Cody Rowen (Shon and Becky's son). Someday soon he will run the shop while Shon piddles with tinker toys and eats baby food so I am getting in my thanks to him now. BTW, Cody, sorry i ratted you out. It wasn't intentional and we had a lot of fun:):)

It is fantastic to see US products that are world beaters. Especially in a world awash with shoddy products. Is there a website for Rowen Manufacturing ?Love to see the way the products are made.

Rowen heat treat is magic, and thats a fact.rowen has great attention to
details and fit and finish is top shelf.
 
I just happened to have a few communications with Shon Rowen this last week. He stumbled across a few pictures of my Junglas, and then messaged me saying that it looked like my Junglas had a cosmetic blemish that he couldn't identify, and he wanted to check it out for a quality check. I didn't ask him for anything, he stumbled across my image and said "hey man, your Junglas looks weird. let me take a look and for your trouble I'll replace your weird Junglas and send you a free Izula." Truly amazing customer service.

Things like these are why people keep buying ESEE knives. The customer service is outstanding and the knives ain't half bad either. ;)
 
Good thread, Jeff, Mike and the rest of the ESEE crew often get their well deserved props especially due to a type of customer service that is damn near unheard of in todays times. I have never met or talked to the Rowens but a lot can be known about them by looking at the product they produce. Attention to detail, well thought out, high quality, at a fair price, these are characteristics that can only come from good people that want to do it right. Thanks to all involved, it wasn't for you my signature might say Decklin the Beckerhead, and that just doesn't sound right.

Thats awesome! Seriously when have you ever seen this sort of thing before. Imagine a guy comes up to you and says "Hey is that your "Insert Car Brand" out in the parking lot. It looks like there is a factory defect in your paint, bring it by the dealership....... need I say more, ESEE and Rowen are seriously playing on a different level.
