This is gonna be a shock but my first GEC ever!
We all know how hard it is to organise anything with family, let alone a bunch of fussy knife nuts

Years ago, I was committed to only buying older, antique knives for my collection, but GEC won me over in 2006, with their superior quality!!!! I now own several (of course!!)
