Just to say thanks to all for the advice a couple of weeks ago on how to fix a cracked kukri handle.
It worked fine with the slow-setting superglue, a bit of careful sanding and a few coats of (unboiled and then boiled) linseed oil later the repair is practically invisible.

Guessed it right - other half feels much happier and more confident with her new 12" blade, rather than the longer sirupates I use. :)
 
Glad to hear it, Seaice:thumbup: You'll find the folks around the Cantina are always happy to help out. Great bunch of guys and gals for sure! We have some handle gurus here that are and have learned from the best.

Beware of the dust bunnies, if they don't get a new Khukuri or other large knife now and again they become Rabid!! :eek: I remember Uncle Bill warning about them time and again. ;)
