A traditionalist explores the other end of the pool

I find frame locks to be the least lefty friendly design available. Maybe not as far as actual cutting goes, but you're stuck clipping it to your right pocket, or clipping it to your left pocket, but backwards. Not to mention that when holding it on your left hand you're stuck looking at the locking side.

Hard to find anything wrong with a dragonfly, delica or a mini-grip. All lefty friendly and great users. I have owned 2 Leafstorms and while I am attracted to the design and fit & finish, the darn cutout behind the blade catches on every darn thing I cut! Some say it's a non-issue, but I cut a lot of wax string and cardboard at work and find it a huge issue. I don't like having to consciously make sure I don't draw back too far every time I use a knife.

The Spyderco Techno has a sweet blue back spacer and great full Ti design. Big knife in a small package.. highly recommend! Better steel and ergos than the Leafstorm in my opinion.
The mini-grips are also fantastic. I prefer the Ritter Grips over the 555/556, but in general I like them all. Lots of knife for the money.
Never been a huge fan of the Delica look but they do work well and are thin/light.
940 is green with a sweet purple backspacer. Love that design as it is a big blade in a small, light package.
Sage 3 is blue G10 and always caught my eye as well.
So much good stuff out there!!

Hawk45 pretty much took all my ideas.
I am not left handed...
940 - Green. Axis Lock is ambi.
Sage3 - Blue. Ball Lock is ambi.
Also, if CF is too black, Chaparral now comes in Ti. Kinda pricey, but really pretty. And better steel. Back Lock is ambidextrous, too.

Happy hunting. Let us know if you go with the LeafStorm, or try out something else.

I can't comment on how lefty-friendly it is, but since you brought up the Leafstorm, I'll say that I really like the design. The jade G10 is very nice, too. I wonder how long it will be available, now that it has been discontinued.

And if you consider the Air (a significantly smaller folder than the Leafstorm), it is one of my favorites. It is so light you don't even notice it in your pocket, and the CPM-M4 is fantastic stuff.
