Cool!

Thanks for these. A cool perspective for people that live too far away, like me!

I would not do well in the trough...I'd be too distracted by the blonds to score any steel. :D

Nice! Thanks for posting. The only comparison I have is a visit to the Busse table at the Eugene show and well......there is no comparison by the looks of it. Going to have to drag my butt across the country and finally make it to Blade. Maybe next year.

pffft. You call that a frenzy? Where were the real Hogs? No shouting, no stomping, no jumping.

Awesome videos!!! Thank you for posting!
Between these and resinguys advice I'll be ready when and if I can make it to a Blade show.

Pittsteel, you may want to edit you jerky guy its kind of frowned upon here.

Seriously...

I didnt realize how it worked at Blade. I thought everything was on the table and you just picked out what was there/left. So they actually present new stuff and people have to beg, scream and fight to buy it?

Saves having blood on the floor at the trough. ;)

Yeah the ''choil, choil, choil'' vid was pretty funny. Then the Gladius came out.....not exactly a wall of sound but the crowd did react to it strongly in favor of it. I liked the quiet before the storm, then the price was announced and decorum went out the window.

It's probably a good thing that the knives are so distracting or I think the ladies behind the table may have been in trouble from the looks of that crowd.

and now we get to see the monster mark-up on the for sale board from our so-called fellow knife enthusiasts  :thumbdn:
Some people spend a lot of money to come to the Bladeshow in my opinion that deserves a discount and a markup. If you want the discount save your money and come to the show

It all depends on what people are willing to pay. ;)

I won't pay a 30% to 100% markup that's for sure, but opinions vary..... For stuff that's a week old.....

Especially since there will be a Ganza and likely some models might make it as a regular release. ;)

There is a line between reasonable and expected markup and Ridiculous.... ;)

A Fool and his money are soon parted....
