Say what you want, Nutnfancy sure is a price multiplier:

Almost the price of a small Sebenza. Not even Steve Jobs could get away with asking such a premium.

That's a pretty steep price, does it come with a free para 2 or something?

I don't pay much attention to EBay but if you look at the bid history multiple people have placed bids immediately after each other, raising the price of the knife when no one else has bid. The bid history says it doesn't include automatic bids that bring a bid up to the max price or they are winning the auction. Why would people bid against themselves unless they are just trying to drive the price up?

Looks strange, to me at least.

I admit it does seem like a scam has been pulled, perhaps money laundrying. Ha, but maybe he really is that famous to a handfull of people out there. His videos aren't that bad if you fast forward to the knives.

That's crazy. A $30 knife is now worth $300 because a weirdo tactical wannabe from youtube spray painted it?

It's amazing what some people will spend on a knife on EBay. One of my favorite sellers actually sold a Busse Game Warden for a little over $800.00. He convexed the edge really good, made a kydex sheath for it, through in some 550 cord and a ferul rod and the bidders went crazy. This seems to happen all the time with knives on EBay.

This is NOT a Nutnfancy bash thread. I appreciate and like most of the things nutnfancy does and says. Like I said before, he is one of the good guys, stands for freedom and the US Constitution.
I was just astounded by the fact that some people will pay 8x the price for what is essentially an inexpensive mass-produced folding utility knife.

No one is obliged to be a fan of nutnfancy but I will lock the thread if it degenerates into another bashing thread.

The knife was modified by him?
That’s way it worth so much ?

He had it Duracoated by a 3rd party, then he engraved his name on the blade with dremel or similar engraver.

I like Nutnfancy, his videos, and the Duracoated Spydie. I have no prob with any of it. But I would not drop that much coinage on the knife.

And he is wearing a north face hat. I wonder if it is tactical?

Is ^ that allowed? Probably not.
