A VERY Early LB-7

just got the knife in, it is in pretty good shape a little dull but over all will clean up nicely.
now to the question it does have a serial number on it NC475. what does that mean since i know the serial numbering for LB-7's stopped at BBxxxxxxx.

oh duh, North Carolina number 475?

i remember that display!
as a young kid i would visit the local sporting goods store just to see that pretty package, didn't take long to fall for the LB7 & around 1979 i was gifted one for my birthday, carried it for many years & was heartbroken when it was stolen from my truck...
