A Very Peasant Surprise!

Bump! Can the peasant knife be made into a pinch blade if the tang is ground off?

i don't see why not Rolf. I've seen knives where folk have chopped half the extended tang off.
 
Thanks, Jack! I just want to make sure the blade stop pin stops the blade in the open position.
 
Just having a look...Yeah, I reckon you could chop most of the extended tang. Have you tried one yet though Rolfe? The long tang didn't get in the way anywhere as much as I thought it would. I was so impressed with the one Paul gifted me, I bought a Mini within a few days :thumbup:
 
Hi Jack! Well, I had to try this so I ordered a 2nd peasant knife, a red one :D, and will give it a try. I want to keep one peasant knife original. If this works, I will also add a pocket clip. Oh, the horror. lol!!
