  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

A Very Special Thank you to Clitch and Oregon Fal'er

That's amazing. Beautiful work. Jarod that is really something to pass on to your kids. Cliche and Oregon that is an amazing job and just reinforces the fact that I can't wait to try this once I get back stateside.

You can't even put a price tag on something like that. Thats Becker Mod hall of fame stuff.

Thanks guys for all the comments! She will not be used anymore as she is retired. I figured she served me well in Iraq, she deserved a cooshy life of a felt lined case. Lol.

Just in case you guys missed the connection, the scales were made from two fallen brother's uniforms. Here is the Link.

I think really the best story I have is just all the Iraqis on the airfield staring at my knife as I walked around. Lol, I believe they call is intimidation. Lol.

Guys this was a complete surprise to jarod, i told him i wouldnt even send him progress pics along the way. So its awesome that he likes it so much. Again glad you like it jarod. The liner of the box was because i felt bad i couldnt find the font from that particular document to use on the damn few etch. So i wanted to incorporate it somehow

heres the pic ive been sitting on jarod, you have no idea how many times i almost sent it to ya, Once i got the scales on it i was very excited.

Better get started on the next "How To" Clitch.....

Just the scratchboard type technique I used on the frankenbecker. Except this one went alot slower. I had to make sure everything was right. And actually there is a mistake that really upset me, but that's the box. The bottom is lined with foam board and the constitution is parchment paper, the glue I had gave me one shot to get it square, and its just a hair off center. The more I looked at it waiting to send it off the more mad I got.

First off, jarodmichael thanks for your service.

Secondly, Clich, that etch job is insanely awesome!!

Very well done Clich & O.F.! The whole package is just insanely well put together. Jarod, I'll again thank you for your service and congratulate you on your photography skills!
