Ken - I enjoyed this interesting post. Your photography is excellent and a tour of your "Knife Wallpaper" pages was the highpoint of my day! Thanks.

Very nice thread. Scott makes one of the nicest folders a person could own, IMO.

Nice visit you had there, appreciate the images!

Nice pics and thanks to Scott for letting you document his production processes! Seeing those machines work is probably really cool.

I've never handled one of his folders, but each time I see them I cannot help but see similarities with the Sebenza. Is he or was he in some way connected to CRK?

Great looking knives BTW.

Thanks for the pics. I'm odd but the first thing I noticed about your pics was the fact that Scott has on an Idaho wrestling hat on, then I noticed his ears are coliflowered. It looks like he and I have two of the same interests, wrestling and knife making.
Awesome review.

He was.....head of production, IIRC....it is rumored that Chris Reeve can be a hard man to work for.

Perhaps thats where some of the design influence came from then. I'd love to see what Scott's one piece folder feels like though, I bet it would feel good in the hand

The Locsha I got t handle felt amazing in the hand. And boy was it smooth. It made me want one even more.

Thank you, Doctor. This Thread was good for us AND good for Mr. Cook.

I'll probably never put the effort in to find and secure a Lochsa.:(

However ... an Owyhee or two is absolutely on The List. I've held one and I liked it, very much.

Very nice thread indeed. Thanks for sharing with us.
My question is: how the hell he drills the detent hole on locking bar?

Thanks for the glimpse of Scott's shop and knives. If you have any photos of the rest of his shop I would love to see more!

Peter
