A Visit to the Spyderco Factory in Golden, Colorado

Dam, blocked for non US viewers I guess. Either link I cannot view... :(

I have no idea why they would block the video. The OP on Spyderco had the same problem. He asked someone to download the file and male it to him. Since there is a Copyright on the video I added the following links that might get round the blocks. There are probably others, but until now, other than a business or some despot nations, I have never run into any sort of blocking of the internet.

That said, look here for ways around blocking.

Thanks to krislacy on the Spyderco Forum

The following was posted by him on the Spyderco site. I hope it works for those outside the US.

"i did an online chat with diy and asked if i could get the video and that is not possible. I asked if they could upload it to youtube and they would make that suggestion. However she did say I could hit the share button and put it on youtube, but youtube is not an option for the share button. So took a video of it playing on google tv.

Please note this is for people that can't view it from diy web site (i noticed i was shaking a little). "

Neat! Been there a few times and will be going back this Summer when out visiting family.

Man.. I bet they go through a lot of paper!

Now I that the USA made knives are that much more of a value when you see guys hand sharpening them... and I've never had a dull Spyderco when it arrived from the factory.

Spyderco is just the best. It's not my opinion, it's a FACT. When you think about quality materials, fit and finish, functional designs and pure cutting performance, it's hard to name a company that beats Spyderco.

Awesome video! Very interesting seeing how the spydies are made. Thanks for posting the youtube-link so that we from outside the US can view it.
