A walk in the park

Decided to go for a New Year's Day walk in the local park. Not much to see, a couple of people pushing their kids on the swingsets, one old lady walking her beagle. It has a cool little walking path with those exercise stations every so often. Good exercise, IMO.

Took a couple of pictures.

This old tree has intrigued me for a while and I took a pic to use as my wallpaper (hence all the sky to put my icons in):

And for some reason, this little bugger kept catching my eye:

Nothing adventurous, just a nice 63 degree January day.

That little tree's cute! Makes me want to say 'awwwww...' and put a blanket around it.
