A wonderfully voided warranty...

I can see it voiding the warranty on just the part engraved but nothing else. A lot of knives get engraved.
 
^ This. I called CRK about a custom engraving and I was told the only warranty void would be on the part of the scales that were engraved. That being the case, all the mechanical parts are GTG as is the blade. Nice engraving.

Alright - now I want to have my small classic engraved. Who does engraving?

Edit - I want it engraved in my own handwriting though. I do my initial with a circle around them. I had a guy lined up to make me some custom PM2 scales with the engraving a while back but he flaked out on me hard core after leading me on for months.

If you google Tom Ferry you can find examples of his work. He's a mastersmith in the ABS, and makes custom knives himself. I know he's not crazy about engraving Ti as a rule but you might be able to talk him into more work. Normally he engraves steel. Here's a custom knife of his that I have:

I'm sure some are wondering (like me) so I emailed Tom through his page to see if this is a service he would repeat. I'll report back if/when I hear from him.
