I'm down visiting my cousine and just tuned up the edge on her paring knife.
It gets a lot of use.

Looks great to me! I like a nice patina.

I have an O1 paring knife I made and have been testing in the kitchen. I leave it dirty and clean it with the rest of the hand washed dishes, it looks great.

It's funny, the paring knife is abused and looks great but if I have an order out un-oiled it will rust away completely in near minutes!
