Hello BF,

Knife is SPF.

I have been playing around with search and rescue designs, what I mean is taking attributes of knives that fit that category and incorporating the ideas into mine. This isn't a SAR knife, however I had been playing around with rounded butts and thought this one was worth finishing off... It feels great in hand and has serious heft. Kind of a plain Jane Busse:)

OAL is 10 3/4 inches, cutting edge is 6. Stock is 1/4. Blade is 1 5/16 inches spine to edge.

These are ground with a full flat primary bevel and convexed secondary bevel.

This A2 knife was heat treated, cryogenically treated, triple tempered, and tested to guaranteed Rc of 59-61 by Peters of Meadville, PA.

The field knife will come with a kydex sheath, I still need to put it together.

Handles are black canvas Micarta with 5/16 SS corby rivets and 1/4 inch tube.

I love it when a good working knife is built out of a REAL chunk of steel. Good job! I like it. :D

That is a really great design. Straightforward, but unique too. I like that one a lot!

oh man i want that knife!!!!
Not enough money :(.

So many great knives lately, Regulators, RMDs, Landi's, ect, ect
Pitty I didn't see this earlier :(

I'm fairly new to this segment of the knife world, that said, I really like your knives and I really like your prices!!! Those bushcrafters from your recent sale were sweet and this one is equally nice! If I didn't already have several knives headed my way I'd definitely be considering this one.

Sta94 and Horsesoldier, thanks for the kind words!

Shintaro29, email on its way!

Thanks everyone!
